In Action Events, Souk El Akel and CD Global Associates, supported by the Municipality of Beirut, the Ministry of Tourism, the Restaurant Owners’ Union and LBCI, bring back to the streets of Gemmayzeh the largest street market in Lebanon.
Last year, Gemmayzeh hosted Lebanon’s largest street festival with over 50,000 people in a single day! This year, In Action Events offers you the 2nd edition of 3A TARIK EL GEMMAYZEH which will be bigger, better and with more surprises for all!
“The 2nd edition of 3A TARIK EL GEMMAYZEH will not only support all the amazing restaurants and businesses in Gemmayzeh, but it will also bring the streets of Beirut back to life and remind Lebanese people of what Beirut was like in the past and what it could always be.

May 21 – Gemmayzeh Road – The second edition of Lebanon’s largest street market!

In Action Events, Souk El Akel and CD Global Associates are reopening Lebanon’s largest street market to Gemmayzeh streets with the support of the Municipality of Beirut, the Ministry of Tourism, the Syndicate of Restaurant Owners and LBCI.

Last year, Gemmayzeh hosted Lebanon’s largest street festival with over 50,000 people attending in one day! This year, In Action Events will present the second edition of the Gemmayzeh Road market, which will be bigger and better, and will contain more surprises for everyone!

“The second edition of the Gemmayze Road Market will not only support the amazing restaurants and businesses in the Gemmayzeh area, but will bring the streets of Beirut back to life and remind the Lebanese of what Beirut represented in the past and what it could return to in the future!”

The event will culminate in fashion, designers, shops, arts and crafts, local produce, entertainment, shows, bands, DJs, three children’s spaces and a food market. The event is also an occasion to express our respect for Beirut’s heritage through the establishment of a traditional “coffee square” that includes Arabic seating areas, the distribution of newspapers, traditional carts, and traditional activities such as table, tarneeb, lekha and many other traditional activities.
