LA PLATEFORME D’ANNONCES EN LIGNE SENSIBILISE À SON NOUVEAU SERVICE POUR LES PROJETS IMMOBILIERS AU LIBAN ET À L’ÉTRANGER

  décembre 2022: OLX Property et Karma Heights ont annoncé aujourd’hui leur nouveau partenariat, par lequel OLX Property sera l’extension commerciale et marketing exclusive du projet Karma Heights. Ce partenariat sera mis en exécution en étroite collaboration avec le Syndicat de l’Immobilier au Liban.

La signature a eu lieu lors d’un brunch qui a réuni les représentants des deux entreprises avec des clients potentiels et des personnalités médiatiques. Cet accord de partenariat a également renforcé le positionnement d’OLX en tant que partenaire en ligne idéal pour les projets immobiliers, tout mettant au jour leur nouveau service holistique pour le secteur de l’immobilier au Liban et à l’étranger.

Grâce à ce partenariat, l’équipe d’experts d’OLX Property aidera les clients à trouver les villas de leurs rêves, en gérant le processus de transaction fastidieux et aidant même avec les détails de personnalisation pour s’assurer que chaque villa est adaptée aux goûts et préférences des acheteurs. OLX Property introduit également la technologie dans le processus d’achat en offrant aux clients la possibilité de visualiser leurs villas en réalité virtuelle, alors qu’elles sont encore en construction.

  أعلنت OLX Property و Karma Heightsاليوم عن اتفاقية الشراكة الجديدة بينهما، حيث ستتسلّم OLX Property مهمّة البيع والتسويق الحصري لمشروع Karma Heights . وسيتم وضع هذه الشراكة قيد التنفيذ بالتعاون الوثيق مع نقابة العقارات في لبنان.

تلى حفل التوقيع برانش جمع ممثّلي الشركتين مع العملاء والشخصيات الإعلامية. وقد جاءت اتفاقية الشراكة هذه لتعزيز مكانة OLX كشريك مثالي لبيع وشراء المشاريع العقارية عبر الإنترنت، وتسليط الضوء على خدمتها الشاملة الجديدة التي تلبي احتياجات قطاع العقارات في لبنان والخارج.

من خلال هذه الشراكة، سيساعد فريق الخبراء لدى OLX Property العملاء في العثور على الفيلا التي يحلمون بها، وتخليص المعاملات الخاصة بعمليّة الشراء. كما سيساعدهم على إضفاء لمستهم الخاصة على الفيلا التي قاموا بشرائها للتأكد من أنها مصممة خصيصاً لتلبية أذواقهم تفضيلاتهم. وقد أدخلت OLX Property  التكنولوجيا في عملية الشراء من خلال تزويد العملاء بإمكانية تصور فيلاتهم عبر الواقع الافتراضي، بينما لا تزال قيد الإنشاء.

THE ONLINE CLASSIFIEDS PLATFORM RAISES AWARENESS ABOUT THEIR NEW SERVICE EXCLUSIVE TO REAL ESTATE PROJECTS IN LEBANON AND ABROAD

  OLX Property and Karma Heights announced today their new partnership agreement whereby OLX Property will be the exclusive sales and marketing arm of the Karma Heights project. This partnership will be executed in close collaboration with the Real Estate Syndicate of Lebanon.

The signing took place during a brunch event that gathered both companies’ stakeholders, potential clients, and media personalities. This partnership agreement also came to reinforce OLX’s positioning as the perfect online partner to real estate projects, while raising awareness about their new holistic service that caters to the real estate industry in Lebanon and abroad.

Through this partnership, OLX Property’s team of experts will also help match clients with the villas of their dreams, handling the tedious transactions process, and even helping with the customization details to make sure that each villa is tailored to meet the buyers’ tastes and preferences. OLX Property is also introducing technology into the buying process by offering clients the possibility to visualize their villas through virtual reality, while still under construction.
