Signing of Technical Cooperation Agreement between the Government of Japan

and the Government of the Lebanese Republic

 , in Beirut, Lebanon, Mr. Takeshi Okubo, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan in Lebanon, and Mr. Abdallah Bouhabib, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants of the Lebanese Republic signed the “Technical Cooperation Agreement between the Government of Japan and the Government of the Lebanese Republic” (Japan-Lebanon TCA).

1 This agreement comprehensively stipulates measures for implementing Japan’s technical cooperation with Lebanon (i.e. dispatch of experts, acceptance of trainees from Lebanon, etc.).

2 This agreement is expected to facilitate the smooth implementation of Japan’s technical cooperation in Lebanon and further contribute to the country’s economic and social development.

  وقع السيد تاكيشي أوكوبو، السفير فوق العادة والمفوض لليابان في لبنان، والسيد عبد الله بوحبيب، وزير الخارجية والمغتربين في الجمهورية اللبنانية “اتفاقية تعاون فنّي بين حكومة اليابان وحكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية”.

1 تنص هذه الاتفاقية بشكل شامل على التدابير لتنفيذ تعاون اليابان التقني مع لبنان (أي إرسال الخبراء وقبول المتدربين من لبنان، إلخ.).

2 من المتوقع أن تسهل هذه الاتفاقية التنفيذ السلس لتعاون اليابان الفني في لبنان وأن تساهم أكثر في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للبلاد.
