Palestinian Ambassador to Lebanon Praises Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh’s MBA Fully-Funded Scholarships to Palestinian Refugees

 

 

كد سعادة السفير الفلسطيني في لبنان السيد أشرف دبور على الجهود التي يبذلها سعادة الدكتور طلال أبوغزاله رئيس ومؤسس مجموعة طلال أبوغزاله العالمية، ودوره في دعم صمود الشعب الفلسطيني في الداخل وفي الشتات، مثمناً حرص الدكتور أبوغزاله على توفير الفرص للشعب الفلسطيني في مجالات التعليم والتدريب والعمل.

جاء ذلك خلال استقباله ممثل سعادة الدكتور طلال أبوغزاله في لبنان، الاستاذ برهان الأشقر، بحضور مدير مؤسسة محمود عباس ومسؤول شؤون الطلاب الفلسطينيين في لبنان الأستاذ نزيه شمّا، حيث سلّمه ملف المنحة الدراسية الكاملة من الدكتور طلال أبوغزاله لجميع اللاجئين الفلسطينيين لدراسة الماجستير مجاناً في جامعة طلال أبوغزاله الرقمية في خمسة تخصصات عصرية تخدم سوق العمل في جميع انحاء العالم وهي: الذكاء الاصطناعي، والتسويق الرقمي، وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، والملكية الفكرية، وإدارة سلاسل التوريد.

وأكد السيد دبور على أهمية هذه المنحة والمبادرات التي يطلقها أبوغزاله دعماً لصمود الشعب الفلسطيني في لبنان، مؤكداً على أهمية الوصول إلى جميع الطلاب الفلسطينيين للاستفادة من هذه المنحة.

بدوره أكد الأشقر أن منحة الدكتور أبوغزاله للاجئين الفلسطينيين فرصة لاستكمال تعليمهم العالي مجاناً وتسليحهم بالعلم والمعرفة عن طريق التعلّم الرقمي الذي يكسر جميع أشكال الحصار الذي يفرضه الاحتلال الصهيوني.

وشدد الأشقر على أن التعلم الرقمي الذي لا حدود له هو السبيل الوحيد لتطوير المهارات لخلق أجيال تبتكر وتخلق فرصاً للعمل لا لتخريج أجيال تبحث عن فرصة عمل.

ووجه الأشقر دعوة للسفير الفلسطيني لزيارة مكاتب مجموعة طلال أبوغزاله العالمية في بيروت للاطلاع على جميع الخدمات والنشاطات، مقدماً عرضاً خاصاً للطلاب الفلسطينيين لشراء الأجهزة الإلكترونية التي تنتجها شركة طلال أبوغزاله للتقنية والمتوفرة في صالة العرض الخاصة بالشركة لتمكينهم من متابعة تعليمهم وتدريبهم من أي مكان في العالم.

 – Palestinian Ambassador to Lebanon, HE Mr. Ashraf Dabbour, has praised Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh’s efforts as well as the significant role he plays in supporting the steadfastness of the Palestinian people at home and in the diaspora, particularly his keenness in providing education and training opportunities for all Palestinians.

The Ambassador’s remarks were made at a meeting with Mr. Burhan Al Ashkar, representative  Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh for Culture and Media in Lebanon, in the presence of Mr. Nazih Shamma, Director of Mahmoud Abbas Foundation in Lebanon, and a Palestinian students’ representative.

During the meeting, Mr. Al Ashkar presented the Ambassador with the folder containing full information about the fully-funded scholarships provided by Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh to all Palestinian refugees to obtain a Master’s degree accredited by Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global University (TAGGU) in five academic disciplines that serve the labor market needs worldwide, including, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, Intellectual Property, and Supply Chain Management.

Ambassador Dabbour underlined the importance of the scholarships, as well as the various initiatives launched by Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh to bolster the resilience of the Palestinian people in Lebanon. He emphasized the importance of enabling a large number of Palestinian students to benefit from this scholarship.

For his part, Mr. Al Ashkar stressed that Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh’s scholarship for Palestinian refugees is an opportunity to pursue their higher education at no cost and to qualify them with the knowledge and the necessary skills through digital learning that breaks all forms of the siege imposed upon them by the Zionist occupation, saying, that digital learning has no limits and is the only way to sharpen the skills of creative and innovative generations who can create job opportunities, rather than becoming job seekers.

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Al Ashkar invited the Palestinian Ambassador to pay a visit to TAG.Global’s offices in Beirut to  be informed on all its services and activities, noting that TAG.Global gives special discounts to Palestinian students to purchase technological devices produced and manufactured by Talal Abu-Ghazaleh for Technology (TAGTech) available in the Organization’s showrooms; an offer that would effectively enable Palestinian students to continue their education and training from anywhere in the world.
